Ingredients

ground chicken
1
egg
½
cup
breadcrumbs

tbsp
honey
Juice of 1 lemon
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tsp
soy sauce
optional
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasoning.
Form into balls and chill for 20 mins.
Bake at 375°F for 18–20 mins or pan-fry until golden.
In a saucepan, mix honey, lemon juice, and garlic. Simmer until thick.
Toss meatballs in glaze before serving.
