A bold, comforting burger perfect for recovery days, the Hangover Burger – No Bacon delivers juicy beef, crispy hash browns, fried egg, and zesty sriracha mayo—all without bacon. Indulgent yet mindful, it’s a brunch favorite made healthier.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (6 oz) ground beef patty
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 hash brown patty
  • 1 brioche bun
  • 1 tbsp sriracha mayo
  • 12 leaves leaf lettuce
  • 1 thick slice tomato

Instructions

  1. Shape and season your ground beef patty with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
  2. While the patty cooks, fry an egg sunny-side up and toast the brioche bun until golden.
  3. Cook the hash browns until crispy, and melt cheddar cheese on the beef patty during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Assemble: spread sriracha mayo on the bun, then layer lettuce, tomato, patty with cheese, egg, and hash brown.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or swap sriracha mayo with chipotle aioli. Serve with sweet potato fries, green salad, or turn it into sliders for parties.
