Instructions
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Do not add oil.
- Season the Wagyu patty lightly with sea salt and black pepper.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side without pressing down.
- Add cheese during the final minute of cooking.
- Let the burger rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
