Instructions
- Cook the beef patty to your desired doneness.
- If using cheese, place it on the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast the burger bun until golden brown.
- Spread peanut butter on the top bun and grape jelly on the bottom bun.
- Place the cooked patty on the jelly-coated bottom bun.
- Top the patty with crispy bacon.
- Close the burger with the peanut butter-covered top bun and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter option, omit cheese or bacon. You can also try other jams like strawberry or fig for a twist. This burger pairs well with sweet potato fries or a tangy slaw.
