- 1 sesame seed hamburger bun
- 1/3 lb ground beef patty
- 1 fried egg
- 1 hash brown patty
- 1 slice American cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions
- Cook the beef patty in a skillet over medium heat until it reaches desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up until the whites are set.
- Cook the hash brown patty according to package directions until crispy.
- Toast the hamburger bun lightly.
- Assemble the burger: spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add the beef patty, cheese slice, hash brown, fried egg, and a drizzle of ketchup. Top with the other bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
Feel free to customize with bacon if desired, or swap in turkey or veggie patties for a different protein. Serve with fries or hash browns on the side for the full fast-food vibe.
