- 2 strips of bacon or veggie bacon
- 1 slice Swiss cheese (or cheddar/vegan)
- 4–6 hash rounds (or home fries/hash browns)
- 1 tbsp special sauce (spicy mayo or aioli)
- 1 seeded burger bun (or brioche/whole wheat)
Instructions
- Grill or pan‑fry the beef patty until fully cooked.
- Cook bacon strips until crispy. Set aside.
- Fry or bake the hash rounds until golden and crunchy.
- Scramble or fold your egg into a soft, round shape.
- Toast the bun and apply sauce on both sides.
- Assemble the burger: bottom bun → hash rounds → patty → egg → bacon → cheese → top bun.
Notes
Optional: add jalapeños or guacamole for a spicy twist, or swap Swiss for pepper jack. Serve with sweet potato fries, tater tots, and a bloody Mary or cold brew for the full experience.
